Melinda comes from a long-standing real estate family. Her mother, father, and aunt all worked together as a successful real estate team for over 30 years. From a very young age, real estate was a part of life. Hard work, honesty, and ethics were integral parts of her upbringing.
 
Prior to her real estate career, Melinda worked in Museum Education at the J. Paul Getty Museum, and at the UCLA/Armand Hammer Museum. She graduated with a B.A. in International Relations and Business from the University of Southern California. Melinda continues her educational interests by taking art classes at UCLA and working with youth.
