As life-long Los Angeles
residents, Melinda and Scott are very familiar with all the
prime Westside neighborhoods, school systems and the unique
advantages and disadvantages of each individual community.
True Southern California natives, the Tamkins are now raising
a fourth generation Westwood Family.
Melinda comes from a true
real estate family. Her mother, father, and aunt all worked
together as a successful real estate team for over 25 years.
From a very young age real estate was a part of life. Hard
work, honesty and ethics were an integral part of her upbringing.
Prior to beginning her real
estate career Melinda worked in Museum Education at the J.
Paul Getty Museum, and at the UCLA/Armand Hammer Museum. She
graduated with a BA in International Relations and Business
from the University of Southern California. Melinda continues
her educational interests by taking art classes at UCLA and
working with youth.
Scott began his career by
working with international franchises in Barcelona, Spain.
His international experience led him to technology sales and
marketing with a global telecom giant. As a consistent top
producer, Scott perfected the "art of the deal"
and leverages those skills in all his real estate transactions.
Scott is sensitive to clients' needs and is committed to delivering
on promises.
